Common Era Design B.V. (hereinafter: Common Era Design, we or us) supports fashion brands and companies with garment development, sourcing, and production management. During our activities, we process personal data from clients, suppliers, and partners where necessary for communication, project execution, and administrative purposes.

We attach great importance to the careful handling of personal data and act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.2 Personal data we process

We only process personal data that is necessary for our services and communication, including:

  • Name and job title
  • Company name and company details
  • E-mail address and telephone number
  • Correspondence and contact history
  • Information actively provided by you via e-mail, forms or meetings

 

We do not intentionally process special or sensitive personal data.

1.3 Purposes and legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Quotations, invoicing and administrative obligations
  • Sharing relevant project or product-related information (including documentation required for delivery)

Where third parties process personal data on our behalf, we enter into data processing agreements.

We never sell personal data to third parties.
