We dive into the design and technical requirements of your garment, with a focus on durability and certified materials.
Together, we determine sizing, fit, and fabric – always selecting lower impact or certified materials. Before moving forward, all selected fabrics undergo testing such as colour fastness, pilling resistance, and durability.
We explore suitable production techniques and finishing options, refine the technical details, and develop the pattern and prototype(s) for evaluation and feedback.
Time to bring your product to life with the right trims and details: labels, hardware, prints or embroideries, and packaging.
We select all trims based on durability, function, and aesthetic, tailored to your brand identity.
Before production kicks off, we review the full size set, approve trims, and sign off on the pre-production sample.
During production, we perform in-line quality checks. After final quality inspection, your collection is ready for delivery and ready to launch.
