We support fashion brands with garment development, sourcing, and production management, using certified materials, transparent supply chains, and structured quality testing.
We work with both emerging and established brands, adapting our process to different scales while maintaining consistent quality and transparency standards.
We develop woven and knitted garments for premium and contemporary brands, including shirts, blouses, trousers, suits, blazers, knitted sweaters, joggers, caps and hats, as well as babywear, childrenswear, sportswear and corporate apparel. Our focus is on light woven and knit constructions. Complex technical outerwear is currently outside our scope.
Yes. We prioritize certified and lower-impact materials such as GOTS, GRS, TENCEL™ and ECOVERO™. No virgin synthetics. Every choice supports quality and durability.
We work with certified production partners in Portugal, Turkey, and Bangladesh, selected and assessed on quality, social, and environmental standards.
Quality is managed through material testing before production, in-line quality checks during manufacturing, and final inspections before delivery.
All fabrics and components are reviewed and tested prior to bulk production. This may include colour fastness, dimensional stability, pilling resistance, abrasion resistance, and seam performance, depending on the product type.
Colour consistency is managed through controlled lab dips, batch comparisons, and production approvals. Colour standards are aligned across development and bulk production to minimise variation between runs.
Our supply chain is traceable at tier-1 level. Production locations, certifications, and available audit documentation are shared as part of the development and production process.
Yes. Compliance documentation is delivered as standard to align with current and upcoming EU regulations. Compliance is integrated into development and production, not treated as an afterthought.
Yes. Our step-by-step process is designed to support smaller teams as well as growing brands.
Sizing and fit are developed through physical prototyping and testing, tailored to each brand and product category.
Not yet. We currently work with physical prototypes, while preparing to integrate 3D sampling in the future where it adds value.
Where possible, we explore reuse of production leftovers, depending on material, supplier, and production setup.
Timelines depend on product complexity and order size. A clear planning overview is provided early in the process.
Every collaboration starts with a conversation to assess fit, goals, and next steps. Let’s meet!
