Arno Weel brings over 25 years of hands-on experience acros the entire fashion value chain. He started his career in retail, learning retail operations from the ground up. From there, he moved into production and supply chain management, spending more than a decade overseeing European manufacturing, production planning, and factory coordination.
He later expanded his expertise into sourcing, product development, and quality management, refining his technical understanding of garments, materials, certifications, and supplier relationships.
In recent years, he has seen EU legislation become increasingly influential in the textile sector, and uses his knowledge to ensure Common Era Design’s supply chain aligns with the transition that is now essential for all companies.
This combination of retail insight, technical production knowledge, sourcing experience, and regulatory awareness means that Common Era Design approaches every project with a complete perspective.
